All parts provided for service requests shall be charged on the parts portion of this agreement. 2.3 All Repair service will be done by vendor on vendor’s property. Repair services will NOT be done at any time on NTTA property. 2.4 Vendor is required to pick-up/deliver vehicles for service from locations stated below. Pickup and deliveries may be made Monday through Friday, excluding NTTA holidays. Pickup and deliveries will be accepted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to the address given at the time of order. Bid pricing must include all costs associated with pickup and delivery to the following NTTA locations. Location 1: Plano Fleet Shop – 1080 Ohio Dr., Plano, TX 75093; Location 2: Frisco Fleet Shop – 11110 Research Rd., Frisco, TX 75033.
