Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Belton Independent School District (BISD and/or District) is seeking proposals for District-wide Access Control and Camera System Improvements. This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides documents, information and instructions required to respond to this solicitation. We encourage proposers to read the entire RFP prior to submitting a response. Failure to adhere to the requested information may result in reduction of points and/or rejection of y our submission. Belton ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses as may appear advantageous to the District, to waive all technicalities, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve in the best interest of the District.
