The DISTRICT is seeking sealed proposals from qualified general contractors to provide job order contracting (JOC) services. Requested services include all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform minor construction, repair, rehabilitation or alteration of schools and administrative facilities as required by the DISTRICT’s Construction and/or Maintenance Departments. The contracted jobs will be of a recurring nature but the delivery times, specific trade or craft required, dollar value, and quantities will vary per specific project. The job order contracting method is an approved means of accomplishing minor construction, repair, rehabilitation, and alteration to the DISTRICT’S facilities, as set forth in the Government Code 2269.
