Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Evaluation/Assessment of National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, CACFP, and After School Snack Program menus and recipes to ensure compliance with Age/Grade Group Meal Pattern Requirements for; Pre-K, K-8, and 9-12 • Evaluation/Assessment of Weighted Menu Analysis for all Age/Grade Groups • Evaluation/Assessment of HACCP Plan and processes as stated in program recipes • Evaluation/Assessment of Food Production Records for National School Lunch School Breakfast Program to comply with program guidelines • Evaluation/Assessment of campus meal service, preparation and point of sale processes and procedures • Provide one on one professional development/staff training in identified areas, as requested • Evaluation/Assessment of the program’s procurement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with program guidelines, including the Buy American Provision • Evaluation/Assessment of District’s Wellness Policy and Triennial Assessment • Evaluation/Assessment of compliance with Smart Snacks in School policy • Evaluation/Assessment of monthly reimbursement claims and supporting documentation • Evaluation/Assessment of Inventory Management, including automated software program • Be accessible to campus staff throughout the school calendar days • Create modified diets to meet medical authority prescribed diets to students throughout the school year
