Specifications include, but are not limited to: assist TSHM staff with conceptualizing, creating, strategizing, launching, and maintaining engaging and effective digital advertising campaigns to promote TSHM general awareness, exhibitions, theaters and venue rentals, and to increase Museum revenue and visitation. Services requested include search engine marketing (SEM)/pay‐per‐click(PPC), programmatic display, native, and video advertising, geo‐targeting/geo‐ fencing of the Central Texas area, keyword and contextual targeting and site and search re‐ targeting. Website optimization/SEO, graphic design services, email marketing, and social media marketing are not requested as part of this RFP. The selected company must provide tracking and monitoring of all campaigns as well as reporting of resulting KPIs, including impressions, click‐ through‐rates, cost‐per‐click, and footfall attribution, on a regular basis.
