Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall be able to accommodate rush jobs and provide delivery and pickup service to Women, Infants and Children (WIC) within one (1) hour of notification when required by WIC. 2. Contractor shall provide FTP services for transfer of electronic files over the internet. 3. Contractor shall have a technical representative available during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday), who is knowledgeable about graphic art and pre-press services who can assist WIC staff as needed. 4. Contractor shall have current Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe In-Design or other more current electronic formats as available. 5. Contractor shall be able to print and produce materials from native electronic files, including current versions of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or In-Design (or equal, compatible software), and high-resolution print ready Acrobat PDF files or other more current electronic formats as available. 6. Contractor shall provide a hard copy color proof of each job for approval and be available for proofing and press checks in the Austin metro area by WIC graphic designers during normal business hours. i. Required changes to proofs A. Contractor shall be notified in writing of all required changes to the proof. Contractor shall provide a new proof within five (5) business days after receipt of requested changes. This step shall be repeated until proof is accepted and approved by WIC representative or designee. ii. Proof Approval A. Contractor shall receive written notification from WIC’s representative or designee once proof is accepted and approved to proceed with the job. 7. The WIC point of contact will provide artwork prior to each order, work will be provided in the form of native electronic files, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or In-Design, high resolution print ready Acrobat PDF, or other electronic formats as available. 8. Contractor is required to provide a cost estimate for each job requested by WIC.
