Specifications include, but are not limited to: MD Anderson’s Strategic Communications department seeks a scalable Digital Asset Management (DAM) software solution to centralize and improve management of its digital assets such as images, documents, logos, design files, and videos. The system will be accessed by multiple teams within the organization and should streamline processes, increase collaboration between teams, integrate with current applications (such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO), and Adobe Creative Cloud), and reduce issues caused by disjointed file management. The DAM will serve all aspects of the creative process (5-7 DAM administrators, 25 creative Super Users, and 22,000+ general end users), as well as serve as a sole source of truth for discovery of creative assets across the institution, insight into the volume and usage of these assets, and linking of these assets with rights information to ensure proper usage. DAM solution to be implemented in Winter 2022.
