Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Inclusions a.1. General Program Requirements and Specifications for Software as a Service (SaaS) a.1.1. Feature or Function Requirements: i. Diabetes Prevention Program services shall be available via an online platform andmay have an application for mobile phones (not platform specific). ii. Must be available in English and other languages to navigate system and forthe content. iii. Online platform shall have engaging curriculum including interactive videolessons; however, data does not need to be retained. iv. Must allow a single master license holder with multiple sublicensees and allow unlimited participants. May be a tiered pricing structure. Potential sublicensees include, but are not limited to, any clinic, hospital, community organization, health department, which offers diabetes prevention lifestyle change programs. The agency estimates being able to serve up to one hundred (100) organizations as sublicensees and each of those organizations is anticipated to serve a maximum of onehundred (100) clients at one time. v. Must have an exercise and meal tracking feature. vi. Must provide participants with access to a healthy lifestyle coach (software does not have to provide the coach). vii. Must provide procurement, implementation, training, and initial support ofthe Software as a Service (SaaS) and ongoing maintenance support. viii.Software must be a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recognized diabetes prevention program (DPP). ix. Customizations required by program shall be delivered by the Delivery Team. x. Solution must be customizable to the HHS approved look-and-feel and branding.
