Specifications include, but are not limited to: GENERAL Must operate either a state or local charter school or a private school Must provide food, clothing, and housing, treatment and education to children who: o are at risk of not completing a high school education o have already or will likely drop out of the public education system o are homeless o can otherwise benefit from treatment education services and professional counselors and educators Must work with area school districts and their at risk children. Must work with Lamar Institute of Technology for its vocational educational offerings. Must work with State and Federal agencies on programs relating to discipline and structure, counseling, and treatment necessary to prepare at risk children for a productive adulthood
