TTU is seeking SOQ for professional services as defined by Texas Government Code 2254. Qualified Respondents will be added to the TTU pre-qualification list. 2.1 MINIMUM REQUIRED SERVICES 2.1.1 All design professional Services will be supervised by a licensed professional currently licensed in the State of Texas, and all contract documents will bear the seal of a licensed professional in accordance with Texas law. 2.1.2 Design professional Services may include, but are not limited to: A. Abatement Consulting (Lead, Asbestos, etc.) B. Architecture C. Construction Material Testing D. Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architectural, etc.) E. Geotechnical Surveying F. Interior Design G. Landscape Architecture H. MEP System Commission Agents I. Real Estate, Property, and Asset Appraisal J. Registered Accessibility Specialists K. Surveying L. Testing, Adjusting, Balancing (TAB) Contracting
