Specifications include, but are not limited to: Education Service Center Region 12, located in Waco, Texas, requires an upgrade of the Audio Visual System in three conference rooms to standardize the process for presenters and improve audio/video quality for customers. The winning proposal shall be responsible for a complete system design, installation and configuration utilizing new and existing equipment for screens, projectors, document cameras and microphones in each individual rooms. Seven other conference rooms were upgraded two years ago. This RFP is for three rooms that are self contained and do not require joining equipment. All proposals should include equipment that is exactly like that in previous mentioned upgrade unless that equipment is no longer available or newer equipment that looks/works exactly the same is available.
