Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Responsibilities A.Design/Construction Information Technology Consultant: Such Consultant(s) will be the Consultant(s) selected under this RFQ, and will be Information Technology firm(s). Prime Consultant(s) will be responsible for all of their subconsultants. Such Consultant(s) are typically referred to as one Consultant for purposes of this RFQ. B.Consultant Selection Options: The College may elect to distribute the work between Consultants in a variety of ways, but is primarily considering the following options.•Enterprise Network - Campus Infrastructure •One Consultant for all Campuses. •Enterprise Network - Building Projects •One Consultant for all building projects. C.Preliminary Description: The Scope of Services herein is preliminary, and will continue to be refined and developed prior to contract execution.3.2Scope of Services: A.Services By Phase: •Planning •Pre-design • Schematic Design • Design Development • Construction Documents Development • Construction Oversight • Post-Construction- Inspection, testing, and acceptance B. Services by Expertise: The Consultant shall provide the following as needed by the College : • Enterprise Network Solutions that encompass the following areas: o Voice/Data o Audio o Video o Security access control and door monitoring o Security video surveillance and CCTV o Perimeter/Parking video surveillance • Development of College Technology System Standards • Building/Project IT Standards • Education Technology Selection Process • Development of Network Design Drawings • Development of Bid Documents for Unit Pricing Contracts
