General Dentistry services shall include but not be limited to dental exams, consultations, xrays, general dentistry and or restorative services including all preventive procedures, bitewing and peri-apical radiographs tooth extractions, surgical and non-surgical root canal therapy, direct and indirect restorations, fixed and removable prosthetics and or devices, dental implants restorations, deep scaling root planning, crown lengthening, topical fluoride applications, management of infection, biopsies, and pathology evaluations for the Denton State Supported Living Center residents. Contractor shall: Contractor shall ensure all dental equipment used, is clean, and sterilized during all services including all preventive maintenance. Contractor shall review annual exams, evaluations, consultations (phone or in person), and specific dental treatment(s) as needed. Contractor shall provide dental services as needed before and after surgery.
