a) The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies, as necessary, to perform the services and/or provide the goods, as required. b) The Contractor shall be responsible for supervision of its employees and Subcontractor employees, together with clean up and proper disposal of any site work waste. c) The Contractor is responsible for providing the following supplies to include, but not limited to: I. anesthetics II. reversals III. antibiotics IV. steroids V. anesthesia machine d) The Contractor shall provide one (1) extra personnel for airway support and monitoring. e) The Contractor shall maintain all certifications, registrations and licenses required by law and must remain in good standing with the profession during the term of the contract.
