Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The project includes the demolition of the existing communication structures on the property to include foundations, concrete driveway, sidewalks, curbs, and 15 feet of wrought iron fence with brick and stone piles and the removal of all debris related to the demolition debris located within the existing buildings. 2. Upon demolition the contractor will be required to re-pour a concrete driveway and sidewalks. 3. This Building is a one-story, wood-frame structure with approximately 338 sf with concrete sidewalks, wrought iron fences, and two brick and stone piles. The entire structure is a part of this scope and is approximately 1440 sf total. 4. Demolition includes removing all concrete foundations in their entirety, any concrete piers, if present, will be removed to 24 inches below finished grade, and re-pouring of a concrete driveway and sidewalks. 5. All existing infrastructures, including the T-Mobile tower located on the Northwest side of 330 Rufe Snow Dr., shall not be disturbed. Any damage to this infrastructure shall be repaired to its initial condition at the contractor’s expense. 6. Contractor to investigate, disconnect and cap all the utilities, phone, gas, electric, and water, before demolition the structures. 7. Contractors must remove two AC units and fire suppression equipment. 8. Contractor to dispose of all debris off-site in appropriate landfills. Contractor to provide landfill receipts to City to demonstrate material was disposed of properly. 9. Contractors will provide security fencing as needed to prevent the public from entering the site.
