Specifications include, but are not limited to: The design intent is for all the A-100 Lab Building systems / components, as well as the building itself, are to be demolished. To accomplish this task: 1) all the building’s utilities are required to be confirmed and disconnected / capped; and 2) the building shall have all hazardous conditions remediated and all materials appropriately removed and discarded per code requirements. Once complete, the final demolition of the building shall be accomplished to return the site area back to the Department of Health Services campus for future use. Due to ongoing vandalization within the building, the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is soliciting a new contract to complete all A-100 Scope of Work.
