Contract shall provide all labor and materials, and perform all work necessary for the completion of improvements located at 518 E. Houston Street, Sherman, Texas, 75090, as described below: ➢ Demolish, and haul away, existing seven-story concrete structure ➢ Demolish, and haul away, associated basement walls ➢ Perforate basement slab to allow for drainage, and leave in place ➢ Demolish, and haul away, noted grain silo structure and associated foundation down to 2’ below adjacent grade ➢ Separate single-story building on the western side of the site from the grain elevators noted to remain ➢ Demolish, and haul away, noted western single-story building and associated foundation down to 2’ below adjacent grade ➢ Grade site to drain post demolition and City Crew will assist ➢ Acquire demolition permit ➢ File state required 10-day notification ➢ Asbestos remediation – All seven-story structure windows and grain elevator (refer to included survey)
