Past Performance:
Vendors are to provide a minimum of three (3) professional references (name or person of contact, address, phone number, and professional experience.
Only quotes submitted by email will be considered. Submissions in any other format (fax, hard copy) will be deemed technically unacceptable outright and not considered for award.
Provisions that are incorporated by reference (by Citation Number, Title, and Date), have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available.
