It is strongly preferred that provider be a Leader or Challenger in the Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Data Center Outsourcing and Infrastructure Utility Services, North America for the previous 3 years. 1.2.2. Meet Client business needs for available, reliable, scalable and secure services. 1.2.3. Maintain compliance with industry standards and government regulations (e.g., HIPAA, NIST SP800-53 R3, PCI DSS v3, ITIL, ISO27K, and Six Sigma). 1.2.4. On-shore Data Center, preferably within 50 miles from 5200 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, TX. 1.2.5. Data center is not located in a FEMA designated flood zone
