The storage facility must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The storage facility must be accessible by forklift to move pallets of materials in and out of the facility. In addition, the facility must be accessible by trucks and trailers to load items in and out of the facility. The storage facility must be in one location and not separate units. The required space, approximately 2,000 square feet, must be located within one building with no walls or separation. The storage facility layout and size are necessary to allow for storage and movement of the furniture, equipment, signage, and materials. The side walls must be at least ten (10) feet in height, the center top must be at least sixteen (16) feet in height, and the door/entrance to the facility must be at least sixteen (16) feet wide and ten (10) feet high. Successful Respondent must maintain a secure facility and property, including adequate lighting and fencing to promote a safe working environment. The storage facility shall have a minimum of one (1) 120-volt duplex outlet. Location of outlets and power at no additional cost to the agency. Respondent must protect the TDA contents from destruction from the outside elements. Successful Respondent must provide proof of commercial general liability insurance to cover destruction of TDA contents from the elements. Flooring shall consist of concrete capable of supporting heavy vehicles, trailers and equipment.
