Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Austin Electric Utility, dba Austin Energy (AE), seeks Proposals in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQS) from consultants, or consulting firms qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced in: • Developing and evaluating demand response programs • Development and evaluation of utility delivery of energy efficiency programs • Performing Energy efficiency and demand side management program gap analysis • Providing review and analysis assistance for existing and proposed federal, state, and local regulations • Other related consulting services as necessary The purpose of this work is to support AE’s Energy Efficiency and Demand Side Management (DSM) efforts by providing necessary technical information and analysis.
