Specifications include, but are not limited to: Editing, layout and graphic design for educational materials. Technical content for subject matter will be provided by program. Contractor will need to provide photos, graphics, and creative concept development for design and layout of educational materials/curriculum. Translation services will be needed for client facing materials. Size of document is approximately 75-100 pages. • Editing of draft 100-150-page curriculum content for readability and plain language. • DSHS brand-compliant design and layout of 100-150-page curriculum (8 ½ x 11) that includes cover design, clinical photos, and/or other graphics that illustrate/reinforce content. • Editing, design and layout of speaker handouts/aids. • Layout and design 5-7 oral health handout (8.5 x 5.5 size), double-sided, in a style complimentary to the curriculum. The OHIP will provide draft copy. • Spanish translation of all client-facing materials. • Print-ready files of all deliverables • Final editable In-Design files of all deliverables • Full rights to images
