Specifications include, but are not limited to:Respondent shall provide an Appointment Scheduling SaaS Solution configurable by the Department to meet TXDPS’s needs for Customer appointment scheduling. . B. The Department intends to award one contract to a single primary contractor who can meet the majority, if not all, of the requirements listed within this RFO. The Contractor shall provide an Appointment Scheduling SaaS Solution that has been successfully deployed and is operational in an organization of similar size and scope as TXDPS. . C. Respondent shall provide within its Offer, system access control, account management (Section I.12.3), and incident reporting that will be utilized by the Respondent to fulfill the requirements of any resulting contract. D. Respondent shall provide within its Offer, an overview of the Appointment Scheduling SaaS Solution configuration tools and how the system is best configured to support Customer flows, as well as, any other key features that will be utilized by the Respondent to fulfill the requirements of any resulting contract. E. Respondent shall provide within its Offer, a completed Exhibit J.12, Requirements Matrix, identifying functionality available within the existing Appointment Scheduling SaaS Solution
