Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor must provide and host an Appointment Solution, configurable by DPS, to meet DPS’s needs for customer appointment scheduling online, and customer check-in at the DL offices. The Appointment Solution must include the capability for the individual DL offices to create time slots of different durations in their schedule calendars, for the different types of transactions allowed, up to 180 days in advance. Final Appointment Solution specifications must be mutually agreed upon by DPS and Contractor throughout the implementation process and in writing. Contractor must provide an Appointment Solution that is capable of interfacing with DPS’s Driver License System (DLS) to ensure customer is eligible to schedule an appointment for any transaction requested. Contractor must provide system access control, account management, and incident reporting to fulfill the requirements of this Contract.
