Specifications include, but are not limited to: State Technical College System (TSTC) is issuing this Request for Proposal to solicit bids from vendors interested in providing a turn�key, fully integrated Data Warehouse and Reporting System (DWRS) to interact with the System's current ERP system, Datatel Colleague and with other reporting databases and systems currently used throughout the TSTC colleges and System Office. Data from all TSTC data systems are used by various offices within the system office and colleges for reporting, research, analysis, decision support and more. Identified reporting needs include requirements for real�time data access, access to data snapshots captured on critical dates, and the ability to do longitudinal analysis across at least 5 years (preferably 10) for trending purposes
