Specifications include, but are not limited to: BID ITEM NO. 1 FRANKFORD PUMP STATION CONSTRUCTION AND HIGHLAND TANK SITE IMPROVEMENTS This item consists of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and related items required for the construction of the Frankford Pump Station Construction and Highland Tank Improvements, complete in place, in accordance with the Contract Documents. This work includes all demolition and new Civil, Structural, Process Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, I&C, and all other items included in the Contract Documents not specifically included in other Bid items, complete and in place. This work is related to the sheets of the “Frankford Pump Station, White Rock SCADA, and ABRAMS Pump Station Improvements Project” plans with the “GE”, “PS”, “ST”, and “YP” location designations and the following discipline sheet designations: “C”, “S”, “M”, H”, “E”, and “I”. This item includes all set price amounts for specified work, as well as other required work specified and/or shown on the Contract Drawings, but not specifically included in any other bid items. This item will be measured for payment as a Lump Sum as set forth in the Contract. BID ITEM NO. 2 ALTA MESA PUMP STATION ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS This item consists of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and related items required to equip the Alta Mesa Pump Station to run off of a portable generator for backup power. It includes furnishing a 500kW portable diesel generator as specified. This item will be measured for payment as a Lump Sum as set forth in the Contract. BID ITEM NO. 3 WHITE ROCK PUMP STATION SCADA AND RELATED SCADA IMPROVEMENTS – ENTERPRISE SCADA This item, lump sum, consists of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and related items required for the construction of the White Rock Pump Station SCADA improvements associated with the Aveva Enterprise SCADA System, complete in place, in accordance with the Contract Documents. This work includes related demolition, hardware, software, configuration, cyber security work, reporting, Web Access, and services as described in the contract documents. This work includes (but is not limited to) work to furnish, configure, test and provide training for SCADA components of the “Primary Control Center”, “Secondary Control Center”, “Offline System” SCADA equipment, and various network components as shown on sheets of the “Frankford Pump Station, White Rock SCADA, and ABRAMS Pump Station Improvements Project” plans with the “CO” location designations and discipline sheet designations “I”, described in applicable specifications, and enumerated in SCADA Pricing Sheet of specification 13611.2 Attachment B. This item will be measured for payment as a Lump Sum as set forth in the Contract. Bidder shall submit the SCADA Pricing Sheet of specification 13611.2 Attachment B fully completed with costs summing to the Bid item entry. BID ITEM NO. 4 CYBERSECURITY SOLUTIONS This item, lump sum, consists of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and related items required for supplying and configuring the Nozomi Network equipment and What's UP Gold package. This item will be measured for payment as a Lump Sum as set forth in the Contract. BID ITEM NO. 5 WHITE ROCK HVAC IMPROVEMENTS This item, lump sum, consists of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and related items required for the construction of the White Rock Pump Station HVAC improvements, complete in place, in accordance with the Contract Documents. This work includes all demolition and new HVAC, Electrical, I&C, and all other items included in the Contract Documents not specifically included in other Bid items, complete and in place. This work includes HVAC improvements as shown on sheets of the “Frankford Pump Station, White Rock SCADA, and ABRAMS Pump Station Improvements Project” plans with the “CO” location designations and the following discipline sheet designations: “H”. This work item is exclusive of all other bid items. This item includes all set price amounts for specified work, as well as other required work shown on the Contract Drawings, but not specifically included in any other bid items. This item will be measured for payment as a Lump Sum as set forth in the Contract.
