The Government is seeking a lease for an aircraft hangar and ramp space. The hangar must be a minimum of fourteen thousand (14,000) square feet with a depth of seventy (70) feet. As part of the fourteen-thousand (14,000) square feet, two-thousand (2,000) square feet of inside space to be used for offices and crew rest. Hangar is to accommodate three (3) Blackhawk helicopters (UH60) at dimensions L 64’ 10”. x W 53’ 8” (extended rotary blades) x H 16’ 10” for each helicopter. At least 2,000 square feet of outdoor space is needed to store equipment, fuel trucks/fuel tanks and containers. Dedicated parking is preferred, but there should be enough parking at a minimum for eight (8) standard sedans. The requested hangar, ramp space and outdoor space must be located within a 25-mile radius of Alpine, Brewster County, Texas, with access to an airport runway. The lease may commence as early as is feasible. The lease will have an initial term of one (1) base year with up to four (4) option years with thirty (30) day termination rights. Lease is full service which is to include utilities, trash service, janitorial and internet for up to 25 computers.
