The scope includes replacing the four existing RTUs with new units. The new RTUs will be 75 tons and will include cooling-only Direct Expansion (Dx) coils, variable speed compressors, and variable speed supply and relief fans. The existing outside air supply fans and duct heaters will be removed, and the new RTUs will manage outside air intake and relief air functions to maintain proper building pressurization. Installation of the new RTUs will require only minimal modifications to existing structural, electrical, and mechanical building systems. All work shall be performed to ensure integration with the existing air distribution system, with rebalancing provided as necessary to maintain comfort, ventilation, and energy efficiency. The project shall be completed in accordance with all applicable codes and standards, with a target completion date of August 14, 2026.
