Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following shall be the responsibility of the awarded vendor: ● Installation timeline, please provide an estimated timeline with your response. o Installation may begin during a school break such as Summer, Thanksgiving or Winter Break. Awarded vendor will work with the district to meet preference. ● It is the responsibility of the successful serving line manufacturer/respondent to remove the existing serving line and if the district decides to keep it the district will deliver to the central warehouse. If the district decides not to keep the existing line the manufacturer/respondents will properly dispose of existing serving line equipment and accessories in the serving area.
