This requirement is for Custodial Services at TX160 - 501 N HWY 77, Robstown, TX 78380-6174. The performance period is 2/01/26 - 1/31/27 with four (4) option years ad a six (6) month option to extend services.
Quotes shall be emailed to Ms. Deena Murphy @ deena.l.murphy.civ@army.mil . Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.

Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 10:00 AM CST, Monday, 29 December 2025.
