Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vendors will offer a discount from on-line or print catalog prices. If an online catalog is not available, TISD schools and departments may contact you by phone or for a copy of your current catalog as well as pricing and availability. 2. No quantities are guaranteed or implied. Items will be purchased on an as-needed basis. 3. Bid information will be furnished to all campuses and departments. Ordering and Direct Delivery will involve all locations within Temple Independent School District. 4. Freight will be prepaid by the vendor. Inside delivery is required. 5. Any applicable freight charges must be included in pricing. Temple ISD will not be responsible for any stand-alone freight charges. 6. The percent of discount bid must remain the same throughout the contract period. 7. Temple Independent School District will apply the discount to the total amount of each purchase order.
