Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Culebra Tributary Greenway Trail (Cathedral Rock to Tezel Rd) project includes a 10-foot-wide concrete multi-use hike and bike trail from Cathedral Rock Park approximately 1.8 miles northward through the Great Northwest neighborhood to the new community facility being implemented by the Public Works Department at Tezel Road within City Council District 6. The trail will provide connections to Cathedral Rock Park, Oscar Perez Park, the Great Northwest clubhouse, and the new Tezel Road facility which will include Low Impact Development (LID) parking for trail users. The project also includes a trailhead with parking at Mainland Drive, which will include amenities such as a drinking fountain, signage, shade structure, public art, bike repair station and minor landscaping.
