Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The City intends to award to the proposer who provides the most advantageous proposal for crowd management services. B. The successful proposer shall provide crowd management services to both clients of Fair Park (non-City events) and the City of Dallas (City sponsored events). A commission on fees charged to the clients less sales taxes will be paid to the City by proposer on all services provided to non-City events who have contracted with the City to hold an event at Fair Park, indoors or outdoors. C. The City of Dallas will act as the client from time to time (On City sponsored events) and may request crowd management services, including Dallas Police officers and Dallas Fire and Rescue personnel, to be billed directly to the City. Any charges incurred by the City for crowd management services will not require any commission to be paid to the City. D. These specifications will become part of the contract and binding upon the parties thereto. The facilities to be let shall be used solely for the conduct of the described crowd management services contract and the areas to be occupied by the Contractor shall be subject to change from time to time. The Senior Park Manager(s) will designate which space or areas the Contractor may use in the performance of the responsibilities.
