Specifications include, but are not limited to:5.4.1 Prepare marketing concept, design, social media networking, project coordination, and delivery of finished production ready materials to vendor(s) and UT Tyler R. Don Cowan Fine and Performing Arts Center as well as file to print. IE: radio commercials, newspaper ads, and billboard designs. 5.4.2 Contractor shall provide response(s) to all issues related to the performance and delivery of work. Response(s) shall be within twenty four (24) hours and resolution satisfactory to Cowan Center management within forty eight (48) hours of notification to the Contractor. 5.4.3 Delivery to Vendors could be provided in the following formats but not limited to camera ready, email, print to file, digital file uploading or electronic delivery.
