Specifications include, but are not limited to: HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish Contract(s) to provide repairs for a covered walkway at the Texas Center for Infectious Disease Control (TCID), 2303 SE Military Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78223. ● Contractor shall confirm all dimensions via field measurements prior to starting the services. ● Contractor shall ensure that work will begin within fourteen (14) business days of contract award. Contractor must complete work within thirty (30) business days of commencing work. ● Acceptance of completed services is at the sole discretion of TCID. TCID will have the final say as to whether the services are complete and acceptable. ● Contractor shall ensure the color of the new R-panel matches the existing R-panel. ● Contractor shall install 2-inch x 2-inch x 1/8-inch base angle iron to the existing metal poles, underneath walkway on both sides of the walkway poles. ● Contractor shall secure R-panel with screws on the base angle iron. ● Contractor shall fasten 26-gauge steel R-panel using #12 x 1-inch (at a minimum) galvanized, hex head, self-tapping screws. ● Panels shall be screwed every 12-inch on center and screwed into the flat part of the RPanel
