Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project improvement limits are within the Country Villas subdivision in the City of Carrollton. Improvements streets include Stonecreek Drive, Country Villa Drive, Country Villa Circle, Stonecreek Place, Stonecreek Court, Keller Springs Court, Keller Springs Place, Keller Springs Road, Brook Mount Court, Creekwood Court, Glenwood Court, Heather Glen Court, Meadowstone Court and Misty Meadow Court. The project consists of barricades and traffic control, replacement of existing neighborhood 22,200 SY of street pavement, construction of approximately 1,400 SY of sidewalks, construction of approximately 7,010 LF of 6- inch, 10-inch and 12- inch sanitary sewer mains, construction of 8,050 LF of 6-in and 8-inch water mains, landscaping for grass median within project limits.
