Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Prepare a full cost allocation plan based on budgeted expenditures for the fiscal years listed below. These plans will identify the various costs incurred by the City to support and administer non-general fund programs. a. City Fiscal Year 2024 full cost allocation plan based on budgeted expenditures for fiscal year ended September 30, 2024. b. City Fiscal Year 2025 full cost allocation plan based on budgeted expenditures for fiscal year ended September 30, 2025. c. City Fiscal Year 2026 full cost allocation plan based on budgeted expenditures for fiscal year ended September 30, 2026. d. City Fiscal Year 2027 full cost allocation plan based on budgeted expenditures for fiscal year ended September 30, 2027. e. City Fiscal Year 2028 full cost allocation plan based on budgeted expenditures for fiscal year ended September 30, 2028. 2. Provide guidance to the City in determining the data required. The City of Abilene acknowledges and agrees that the Contractor shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy and completeness of the data provided by the City to perform the services outlined above. The City shall provide all such data in a timely manner sufficient to allow the Contractor to provide the services. With the exception of Year 1, data requests and fieldwork shall be completed prior to September 30th for all contract years. Drafts reports shall be delivered to the City within 60 days of completion of fieldwork.
