The required services to be provided are Corepoint and Rhapsody software subscription. The software subscription tools are needed for data analytics that will be used for the Medicaid & CHIP Services (MCS) Health Information Exchange (HIE) Connectivity Project. This software is required to evaluate and integrate hospital admission and clinical records of Medicaid clients. Corepoint and Rhapsody software will be used to parse and evaluate incoming electronic medical record data into the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) clinical repository, which will be located within HHSC’s Azure instance, in the form of Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) Extensible Markup Language (XML)-based electronic records. Records will contain Medicaid patient data encompassing demographics, encounters, providers, problem lists, procedures, and documentation.
