Specifications include, but are not limited to: H-GAC is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide a broad range of community planning services and related services for local governments (End Users). The successful Proposer(s) will be expected to provide these services and perform the work as a part of the H-GAC PlanSource: Professional Planning Service Program. There may be some overlap between services listed below. It is still the Proposers responsibility to respond in a complete manner for each service that can be performed and offered to H-GAC End Users. Each section will be evaluated on its own merit. The scope of services is divided into 3 Areas of Practice. Level One: Overall Discipline Level Two: Type of Services Level Three: Type of Work Each Overall Discipline is subdivided into Types of Services and some, but not all, Types of Services are further divided into more specific Types of Work. See Attachment 1 for full listing and breakdown. These levels will be referred to by name throughout the remainder of this RFP.
