a. Cedar Creek Section 2 Phase 2 Pipeline Replacement project This project will remove approximately 4.42 miles of 72-inch pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe and replace with 102-inch mortar-lined welded steel pipe from near the Kennedale Balancing Reservoir to near Mouser Way at US Hwy 287 in Tarrant County, Texas. The existing water pipeline easement at Section 2 is 130 feet wide with the existing 72-inch pipeline located 40 feet from the north easement line. Within the same easement is the 90-inch Richland Chambers (RC) pipeline 35 feet south of the Cedar Creek Pipeline. The RC pipeline will require protection during construction. b. Cedar Creek Section 4 Pipeline Replacement Project This project will replace approximately 8.6 miles of 72-inch pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe with 90-inch mortar-lined steel pipe from the Trinity River to the Cedar Creek Pump Station in Henderson County, Texas.
