The selected Contractor(s) will be responsible for providing: Continuous Glucose Monitoring Devices: State-of-the-art sensors and transmitters. Device-Specific Support: Technical support primarily related to the function, troubleshooting, and replacement of the physical device. Regulatory Compliance: All devices must meet relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, CE Mark). Technical Requirements: Proposals should address the following technical specifications Non-Prescription, Over the Counter Continuous Glucose Monitoring Devices (Sensors and Transmitters) Compatibility: must be compatible with both iOS and Android operating systems. Individual de-identified data must be accessible to TTUHSC through cloud-like mechanism. User guides/manuals must be in both English and Spanish. Accuracy: Clinical accuracy metrics and performance across various glucose ranges (e.g., hypoglycemia, euglycemia, hyperglycemia). Wear Time: Minimum sensor wear time (e.g., 10, 14, 15 days). Warm-up Time: Time required for the sensor to begin providing glucose readings after insertion.
