The City desires to objectively evaluate our current ERP system and determine if a more robust and integrated solution exists. As such, we are looking for a consultant that can review our current processes and procedures to identify improvements and possible software compatibility advantages for immediate and long term impact. In addition, the City is looking for the successful firm to identify ERP system solutions that will help the City make the process improvements identified by the firm.
