Specifications include, but are not limited to: direct supervision, of District's Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, as required by the Licensing Board. Provision of direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services for students, conducting of initial evaluations and re-evaluations to include a written report, development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to include updating of IEP, completion of Progress reports, and upon request, attendance at ARD Meeting(s) and parent/staff training. Also includes completion of any paperwork associated with Medicaid reimbursement. direct and consultative therapy services for students.
