Specifications include, but are not limited to: The district is interested in receiving proposals from demographers ("Consultant") usingalternate methods of projecting student enrollment that would provide greater accuracythree to ten years out, thus reducing statistical variances between actual and projectedenrollments. Additionally, we are seeking to improve the accuracy of projections on aper building basis, particularly at the elementary level, for capital facilities planningpurposes. We are hoping to identify a methodology that can take into account:·In-migration·Zoning density·Housing turns (particularly projecting the impact of in-migration upon the returnof the local housing market)·Student population growth vs. overall population growth·Current census data (if available)·Any other factors the Consultant deems necessary or worthy of bringing to thedistrict's attention
