Specifications include, but are not limited to: Produce a written Master Plan that is a detailed narrative and illustrative document that includes: Mission, vision, goals and guiding principles for the Public Art Program Ten (10) year strategic plan for Public Art in Laredo including the setting of priorities for each City Council District. Assessment of the City of Laredo’s assets and opportunities for Public Art, including identification of potential locations for both temporary and permanent public art. This is to include reviewing and becoming familiar with existing polices, documents and local codes. Inventory of current public art; recommendation for a maintenance and conservation program; as well as the de-acquisition of same Guidelines for inclusion of public art in public improvement projects Process for the administration, commissioning, selecting and acquiring artwork
