Work items include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. General Conditions including mobilization and set up. 2. Construction of 4,700 crypts and 4,000-niche columbaria plaza, a new committal service shelter, the addition of Space Force flag pole and service seals, plus other site improvements associated with grading and drainage improvements, landscaping, and irrigation work as specified in the project drawings and Project Manual. The cost of purchasing and delivering the crypts will be tracked as a specific billable line item. Burial Sections 11 & 12 will be required as early turnover. 3. Add Alternate 1: Resetting the 2013 columbaria expansion capstones as specified in the project drawings and Project Manual. 4. Add Alternate 2: The addition of a motorized main entry gate as specified in the project drawings and Project Manual. 5. Add Alternate 3: The addition of a new restroom at the cortege lane as specified in the project drawings and Project Manual. 6. Add Alternate 4: The addition of standard burial fields at Sections 7 and 8 as specified in the project drawings and Project Manual (required as early turnover). 7. Add Alternate 5: The addition of in-ground cremains fields at Sections 16 and 17 as specified in the project drawings and Project Manual.
