1. To ensure quality of project delivery to TFC, a high level of collaboration will occur between all design and construction teams. The Professional Service Provider will work closely with TFC and collaborate with A/E, Commissioning Agent (CxA), Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), third-party testing firm(s), and contractors during all phases of the Project, as described in Contract. Construction Materials Testing shall be a part of the project team who works independently of A/E and CMR for construction materials observation and testing services for this Project. 2. The CMT firm shall provide professional services for construction materials testing and special inspections throughout the construction duration of thirty (30) months. 3. Scope of services shall be comprehensive in nature and will include, but not limited to, the following list of testing and on-site construction inspection requirements and all other services necessary and/or reasonably inferable to accomplish the project: A. Structural steel B. Concrete (includes reinforcing steel observation, post-tensioning steel observation and observation for anchors cast in concrete) C. Tendon stressing records D. Structural masonry E. Soils F. Sprayed fire-resistant materials G. Fire-resistant penetrations and joints H. Ultrasonic testing of chilled water pipe welds I. Field testing and inspections – earthwork observation and testing to include field density tests J. On-site concrete observation/testing K. Asphalt observation/testing
