Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code 2269, it is the intention of the Pflugerville Independent School District (the District) to select a Construction Manager-at-Risk through a one-step proposal process for the purpose of completing the interior renovations of multiple school campuses. The scope of this project includes the renovations of approximately 520,000 square feet throughout multiple campuses within the district. Campuses will include: ● Wieland Elementary School ● Copperfield Elementary School ● Kelly Lane Middle School ● Riojas Elementary School ● Westview Middle School ● Park Crest Middle School ● Pflugerville Middle School ● Windermere Elementary School; PfISD intends to complete elementary schools in one summer. Middle school campuses will be in two phases. Phase 1 will consist of classroom & hallway scope and Phase 2 will include restroom renovations. Or vice versa.
