The rental of a conference room or reception hall for meetings/trainings for the Head Start Program. The venue is projected to be used once or twice every month and possibly for periods of 1 - 5 consecutive days during weekdays only and from 8 am - 5 pm for the term beginning September 1, 2025 thru August 31, 2026. Once a proposal is awarded, the Webb County Head Start will advise the venue ahead of time when the venue will be used. The Head Start Program requires that the venue include the following accommodations: *Table and Chairs for a minimum of 300 attendees. *Audio and Video Equipment for Presentations. ie: Microphones, Speakers, Monitors/Projectors, Extension Cords *Parking spaces to accommodate 300+ attendees *Certificate of Liability Insurance Venue Rental Price Per Hour $ Venue Rental Price Per Day $ Tables and Chairs Rental $ Audio / Video Equipment Price $
