Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to seek a Successful Respondent to provide a cloud-based Event Management and Registration software solution that provides an upgraded user experience to the current platform used. This software is to meet current accessibility standards and cybersecurity, specific requirements to be followed are available on Attachment 5, Statement of Work (SOW). The software must allow for the use of the Texas.gov payment processing system due to its integration with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts; third party payment systems will not be considered. The software must be commercially ready and in use in at least one production environment outside of vendor environment. A response without evidence of a fully developed solution is cause for disqualification. As a result of this RFO, TWC expects to receive and evaluate Responses and select one (1) qualified Respondent whose response fully meets all requirements of the scope of work with whom the agency can enter negotiations to define final pricing and refine details within the scope of work.
